You Can…and Still

We often forget that the hiring process is a human process - humans can make mistakes, change their minds, and are never perfect. Friendly reminder to do your best, give yourself grace, and know that the "expected" result doesn't always happen, nor would you always want it to.

- Apply for the job you think may be out of your league, don't hold yourself back.
- Keep moving forward if you trip up during an interview, it's not binary.
- Turn down what you thought could be your dream job because something in the interview didn't feel right.
