Hi! I'm Carolyn.

Owner of Hire Possibilities with 16+ years of Program Management experience. I guide job seekers, hiring managers and small business owners to improve interview techniques and hiring strategies.

I’m an Enneagram 6w5, INTJ, and Questioner from Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies framework.

During the pandemic, I listened to my inner voice and laid the foundation for "Hire Possibilities". My approach isn't one-size-fits-all; I dig deep, listen intently, and craft strategies that resonate with each client’s specific needs.

I have been a Senior Producer at a digital agency called Smashing Ideas, as well as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon. As a Bar Raiser at Amazon, I conducted hundreds of interviews across the company for various roles including but not limited to project and program managers, economists, visual and UX designers. The birth of my daughter made me realize that while I loved my role at Amazon, what I was most excited about day to day was the prospect of interviews, process improvement and connecting people.

I’ve also been Chair of the House Corporation Board for the Alpha Phi Fraternity Chapters at WSU and UW, and the Chair of the All School Board at NorthLeaf Campus Cooperative Preschool. Throughout all of the roles I’ve held, my true calling has always been creating frameworks and processes that deliver results, deciphering the unique needs of individuals and tailoring solutions just for them.

    I have worked with a huge variety of roles and industries, but the majority of my clients (and co workers!) have been PMs, Designers, Economists, Recruiters, Managers, and Developers.

    I especially love to work with women who are navigating their careers amongst big life changes like industry transitions, motherhood, returning to work or finishing a degree.

  • I will send a personalized and itemized proposal of services available after our free 15 minute intro call so you can pick and choose what works best for their needs.

    My hourly rate for in-depth 1:1 coaching is $150. Most job seeker clients only require 1-2 hours of coaching. Your money and time is valuable so our sessions are as efficient as possible.
