Favorite Interview Question

I was curious how often I use my favorite interview question, "Have you ever received feedback you disagreed with?" and found that I've used it 539 times out of the last 800 interviews I've done (67% of the time). When you find an interview question that gets good results you tend to stick with it. You'll also be more efficient with follow up questions as you know what to expect.
