3 Ineffective Interview Questions

What do these questions have in common? They ask the candidate about their perception of themselves, not necessarily the reality of their performance. It’s easy to give a theoretical good response to these, but so much more meaningful when backed with data from their experience.

They're also very commonly asked in interviews- I know I've fallen into this trap and made bad hires early on as a result. 🙋 What other questions do you find ineffective in interviews? I love working with hiring managers to come up with a list of tailored interview questions for their open roles.
