Hi! I'm Carolyn. When I had my daughter, I quit my nine to five job and took some time to adjust to our new life together. During that time, I reflected on my favorite parts of my career to decide what my next steps would be. Surprisingly, it was what I was doing as "extracurricular" activities on top of my standard role as senior program manager- interviewing, being a steward of the hiring process,⠀and mentoring.⠀💁

I like getting to know people, boosting their confidence and collaborating. I have the privilege of being able to take a step back from the corporate world and raise my daughter, but I don't want to miss out on the value I get out of meeting new people and helping them reach their goals. I've been unofficially testing the waters with my interview coaching business the past few months and am now making it official - say hello to Hire Possibilities. 👋

I can also help hiring managers evaluate and improve processes, phone screen potential candidates, and boost your interviewing skills. If you aren't sure exactly what you need help with but know that you're stuck, let's figure it out together. I take a human-first approach and use a variety of tools including those I've personally developed. I'm my own person, I'm not affiliated with any other company, and never push or promote specific certifications or programs. I don't think you need credentials to be the best version of yourself. You already hold the answers to your questions and I can help provide tangible resources to get you to that next step. 💕
