What to Say When Leaving Your Current Role
Fun fact- these are all reasons I've looked for a new role. 😆 These are also a few great reasons I've heard from candidate in interviews. Like answering any interview question, the most important element of your response is honesty. If you've done your research and understand the role you're applying for, the reason you're leaving your current role shouldn't be an issue for the new one, but do make sure that you aren't casting your current role, manager, or company in a negative light.
