Set Boundaries at Work

πŸ™‹I learned this the hard way. I went from working 90+ hour work weeks at a digital agency and answering calls about websites in Japan being down at 3 am, to never having work email on my phone for the 6 years I worked as a Sr. PM at Amazon.
