Only 39% of Hiring Teams Had Interview Training in 2020

According to job reports, only 39% of hiring teams received interview training from their companies in 2020. Some employees may have had prior experience and didn't need it, but that still means many interviewers are new to hiring and don't know what questions to ask, how to act or what to look for.

It takes two to make the interview experience great. Job seekers, this means if you had a less than stellar recent experience, it may not be because of your interviewing skills.
