How Confident Are You In Your Interview Skills?
On a scale of 1-5 where 1 is zero confidence and 5 is total confidence in interview skills, how would you rate yourself? My recent clients rated their interview skills at an average of 2.5 before we worked together, and ended up at an average of 4.5. Increased confidence means higher rate of callbacks for job seekers, protection against making costly bad hires for hiring managers, and more enjoyment throughout the process for all (yes, it can be fun!!!).
