Funny Interview Questions Aren’t Funny
Hiring Managers, are you still asking these questions in your interviews? 🤔 Some people think that catching job seekers "off guard" will somehow reveal how they work under pressure, how they solve problems, or show another side of them. From my experience, these questions don't really work that way. They might get a laugh, or the interview might take an uncomfortable turn. Just skip them and stick to diving deep into behavioral interview questions.
