Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Listening Skills

Listening is something I'm always trying to work on. 🙋 It's such an important part of creating an inclusive environment, and is definitely one of the best tools to use when navigating a difficult situation in your role.
â €
This is a question that even entry-level candidates with very little experience should be able to answer, as they've probably dealt with problematic situations in school or other extracurricular organizations. It's also one you can tweak, depending on the depth of listening skill you're looking for in a candidate. A great response at any level will go above and beyond what is "expected" listening as part of their role.
