DISC Interview Question- High C

In a recent poll, many of you said DISC was your favorite "personality type"! I hadn't actually done an assessment before, but after hearing my husband talk about it we both figured I'd be a C. We were right! (Technically, I was around 30% C, D, and S, in that order) I thought it'd be fun to do a series on DISC and interview questions.

I think this is a good, tricky question for C's to use to prep for interviews. Since they're so precise and conscientious, this kind of situation is triggering and there may be lingering bitterness. It's important for C's to be able to show that they worked professionally with the colleague to resolve the issue and prevent any in the future.
