Lean Six Sigma 5S - The Mudroom

This is the mudroom after I used the Lean Six Sigma 5S technique on it. Scroll down for the before!

Everyone knows I geek out when it comes to process improvement. Today I used 5S for tidying up the mud/laundry room- swipe for the before! 😬 If I could use process improvement tools for everything in my life, I would, so this works well for me when I have a lot of work to do to make a part of home more efficient. Not familiar with 5S? It stands for:

-Sort

-Straighten

-Shine

-Standardize

-Sustain
