Hire Possibilities 1st Anniversary!

Bringing it back to what I really love to talk about- unique behavioral interview questions that spark meaningful conversations. This is a great question to ask to assess self motivation and how driven a candidate is, while keeping the conversation friendly and upbeat - even if they don't have an example from childhood, they probably have an interesting project to talk about from school. Thinking about your own answer to this question may even spark a new hobby or career change! Activities you enjoyed as a child are often ways you would still like to "play" today.

The reason why I chose this particular question for today is that it's the 1 year anniversary of the Hire Possibilities instagram account! 🎉 I've always been motivated to learn new things and I have a restless mind that loves to hustle. As a kid, I was launching lemonade stands to buy Goosebumps books, and spending hours on Microsoft Publisher making business cards and brochures for whatever I could think of. This is my current version of that. 🤣 I have had the pleasure of working with and getting to know so many amazing members of this community over the past year, Thank you for being here. 💛
