Happy Birthday- About Me

It was my 35th birthday yesterday, and we were grateful to be able to go out to dinner for the first time in well over a year this weekend. ☺ I realized it's been a while since I've introduced myself here and have some new faces, so thought I would share a little more about me. Hi, I'm Carolyn!

• I love to spend time with my family, help others, and learn new things.
• I have 13+ years experience as a PM at a digital agency, Amazon, plus my volunteer roles as HCB President for two chapters of my sorority and, most recently, Class Chair/Co-Chair of ASB for my daughter's co-op preschool. (Recovering workaholic and a sucker for volunteer roles - everyone can see it from a mile away!)
• I've interviewed hundreds of candidates as an Amazon Bar Raiser, and on my maternity leave realized I'd rather do more of that than my day to day PM role, so decided to quit to be a full time mom and find a way to pursue my passion of improving the hiring process as a side hustle. I starting working with a few clients as a hiring coach and Hire Possibilities was born in November 2020.
• I love to devour all kinds of books and podcasts, but most recently I've been extra interested in longevity and self improvement.
• Other favorite activities include watching TV (we've been binging Survivor, Girls5Eva and Everything's Gonna Be Okay most recently), meditation, working out, eating pounds of stone fruit, and exploring with my family.
